Vijay Kumar and Maria Fernandes are two colleagues with a complete contrast. Vijay Kumar a sensational reporter and Maria a sensational dancer. Vijay Kumar is out to expose the corrupt. Maria Fernandes becomes a victim of two politicians. Vijay Kumar knows them and decides to expose them through the newspapers, but himself becomes a prey of the politicians. In a midnight drama Vijay Kumar finds himself trapped and charged to the rape of Maria Fernandes.

The politicians manage witnesses on their side. Their cunning manipulations win over the judiciary where Vijay Kumar is proved mad and convicted for rape. The award is two years in the mental asylum and three years in jail where he is crippled and tortured at the hand of the politicians.

All is not lost for Vijay Kumar. In jail he wins over four innocent convicts who are rotting in jail for reasons not known to them.

The mastermind Vijay Kumar plans the escape of the four convicts. The result 'REVENGE" against the corrupt. How Vijay Kumar and the four convicts go about it, is the story of NEW DELHI.
